As we journey through this Advent season, we prepare ourselves and wait, once again, for Christ to be born in our hearts. We don our Advent wreaths with new candles sparkling pink and purple among the evergreen and place our Nativity scenes back on their traditional place of honor on the mantle to remind ourselves of the one we truly wait for – the infant King to save the world. Our Lady of Lourdes Jesse Tree This Advent Season has been such a blessing for the community at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic School. With our weekly prayer services, classroom service projects, school-wide spiritual devotions, and over 100 handmade Advent wreaths, we were truly being intention about preparing our hearts for the birth of the Savior.
