Creating Faith-filled 21st Century Learners
From four-year-olds to teenagers, in the classroom, on the stage, and on the field, we at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic School do our very best to ensure your child is brought up in a nurturing educational environment that allows each of them to grow and develop into Christ-centered young people with strong character and passion for service and learning.
Catholic Identity
We believe and practice that Christ is the reason for all that we do at Our Lady of Lourdes. From our weekly student-led school Masses to our monthly school-wide service projects, our students develop a personal relationship with our Lord and understand the call to be Christ’s hands and feet in our world. Our religion classes incorporate Catholic tradition with modern application, giving students a deep understanding of our faith.
Academic Excellence
We provide an individualized to every student at Our Lady of Lourdes. Ensuring that all needs are met, students have access to resource specialists and advanced classes designed to cater to various learning styles. Our exceptional teaching staff goes beyond content standards and textbook expectations to ensure that learning is an engaging, hands-on experience for every student.
Technology Initiative
We understand that our students live in a digital age, and take pride in our efforts to be on the forefront of classroom technology. Interactive whiteboards, iPads, and laptops are part of the daily educational experience at OLL. Technology serves as a resource that we integrate into curriculum in a way that enhances students’ access to content, putting a world of information at their fingertips in a way traditional textbooks cannot.

Athletics Program
Aiming to expand and deepen our students’ gifts and talents, our coaches stress the value of cooperative and competitive effort both on and off the field, building a strong sense of self-confidence and school spirit. Students in grades 5-8 are invited to participate in volleyball, basketball, softball, baseball, soccer, and track and field. We are proud members of the Pinellas Youth Conference and field twenty different competitive sports teams each year.
Enrichment Clubs
Each year, our Home and School Association (HSA) offers a variety of after school enrichment clubs to students in grades EC4-8. These clubs expose students to new ideas, building their skills and imaginations. This year’s clubs include gymnastics, cake decorating, and robotics. We also offer a number of clubs as an extension of the arts, including show choir, mass choir, theatre, band, handbells, art, and TV production.
Fine and Performing Arts
Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic School is dedicated to educating children in a culturally rich environment that exposes them to a broad range of genres and styles in all subject areas. We place a strong emphasis on the arts, including visual, performing, musical, and theatre. Every student attends music and art classes once a week and have the opportunity to participate in a number of extracurricular organizations.
