Dear Applicant,
Welcome to Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic School! We are pleased that you have inquired about our excellent parish school. We want to help you as much as possible in making this critical decision for your child.
We take pride in our school and want you to feel confident that OLL fits your needs. Our faculty, staff, students, and families believe in and live this mission.
Enclosed are documents that should assist you in the registration process. Any item that is bold must be returned with your $265.00 non‐refundable registration fee. These dues help support basic classroom and social activities. We strongly encourage you to complete the required paperwork and return it as soon as possible to guarantee a position for your child in our school. Registration packets should be hand delivered to the front office
anytime between 8:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.

- Enrollment Application – with required documents on the application
- Enrollment Contract
- A guide to financial responsibilities and tuition assistance – this may be kept at home as a reference
- Financial & Tuition Form – FACTS forms are for those families who will be paying their tuition monthly
- A FACTS Brochure – this may be kept at home as a reference
